In this thread, we post what we love and why. Just one in each post.
I love technology. It's really very nice. Without it, we couldn't do fun stuff like make forum threads about things you love.
I love the idea of shooting myself out of the grip of the planet's embrace and just wandering aimlessly through the galaxy, trying to find that one special place where I actually belong.
Other than that, I don't know what I actually love, lol
Aww, Star, do not worry. You'll find your special place somewhere right here on good ol' Planet Earth someday. I am sure of it. 8)
I love Toy Story. The CGI is outdated, but I think it's the best Pixar movie anyway.
what do i love? well i love being a furry and no one can chance that well why i cant really say on here
I love comedy. If we couldn't laugh and have fun, then we were never truly alive in the first place.
I love anything involving mechs and/or space, that and anime in general XD
And this site obviously
OH and this smilie *gun
I love logging into my bookmarks and finding new stuff, pictures, videos, stories, you name it. That brightnens my day, stories in particular are the most enjoyable.

I love guitar hero.
i once spent a whole day,
just playing that.
Hoo-boy, if I had nickel for every time I spent an entire day playing a game... well I'd have a shitload of nickels I guess.
another thing i really love is music and taking long romantic walks
I love lots of things for lots of reasons. I don't think it would be fair to put on thing or person over something else, or specify a specific reason. I would say that I love everything but that would just be ignorant. :walkman:
What do I love?
My RP character Suki Ai Nihon.
Nice to see people posting.
I love Disney World. It's such a fun, immsersive place to get away from the real world.
(Loki, I bet you love Gurren Lagann!)
I love the Internet. Because I get to see and download stuff I thought I could never get, and of course for what the Net is for - porn.
I love the seas and everything related to them. Especially the endless blue world that lies beneath the surface where I can fly above the surreal landscapes so different from what I see in the world above. At least until I hit 50 atmospheres limit, that is. Can't wait for my next vacation T.T
I love romance. Everything in life is secondary to true love with another person. It gives my life purpose, knowing that I can improve the life of someone else and be rewarded for it by their returned affection.
If I may amend that, everything is secondary to mutual true love in your life. We all have different priorities.
I love spirituality. It's a great feeling to be connected to cosmic stuff. That's where my purpose comes from.

Acid helps.
I love the smell of new Magic the Gathering cards.
Oh, I have another one:
I love Serika and Phatman_Dover... or, actually, I love to see them getting it on in their dresses.
No, but seriously, I love Cho Chang and Harry Potter. And even though he did so many bad things, I love Voldemort as a character and hate the idea of him being stuck as a stunted child. :crying:
Yo dawg I heard you like noun so we put noun in your noun so you can verb while you verb. I have that thing as my iPhone background.
Star, how could you feel sympathy for Voldemort?
I love GTA IV, excellent game. Shitty PC port, though.
Voldemort never had a chance to be anything but a loner, devote of love and empathy, raised only to think the worst and to fear the wrong things.
If he'd been raised in a happier home with two parents who'd loved him - if he'd had friends growing up instead of ordinary non-magical using humans - if he'd had the chance to just be a normal kid, then he wouldn't have turned out the way he did.
And regardless of who he was, what he did, and how he did it, IMO, NO ONE, not even Hitler himself deserves to live as the stunted child-form we see Voldemort as. To me, that is a punishment far beyond cruel - an almost "Voldemort-ish" punishment for the Lord of evil.

For fear of turning this into a deep moral HP debate, hold up. XD It wasn't his "punishment" to exist as an ethereal baby-thing for eternity; he did it to himself via the Horcruxes and his decision to muck with the Elder Wand. His personality, as well as the environment were both involved in who he ended up being, so it's not entirely the fault of his upbringing that he was a feared mass-murderer and evil overlord.
I love forum debates. They're an excellent way to judge character, thought process, and learn some language skills, all while arguing about fictional characters with online friends.

It *was* his punishment to end up like that; he had no idea that he would wind up that way. If he had known that he would end up that way, he would never have done what he did. He figured himself immortal and he had no one (outside of Dumbledore) to provide any level of order and balance.
This debate is going to end up the same way as any debate over why Mass Murderers do what they do and the answer is always the same; a person's choices are determined by their personalities which are formed from their early years *and* their own viewpoints.
Hitler chose to blame Jews because, as a young man, Jews had thwarted his attempt to better himself. Other mass murderers shoot small animals for fun before they become mass murderers. Even the best of us still fails to control their anger, particularly if we don't have the structure and love we needed during our formative years.
Voldemort grew up in an orphanage and knew only contempt and neglect from those around him. He didn't have a mother who loved him or a father to be there for him. It's only natural that he turned out the way he did but if he'd had the love and support you or I had, then he wouldn't have ended up the way he did.
Well, I love music. I couldn't live without it.
I also love thunderstorms, because they look awesome.
Finally, I love my girlfriend.
Ah, where to start.
I love anime, (especially since I know my parents, nor my sister will ever bother to check what kind they are)
I love manga,
I also love music,
I love chrona from Soul eater,
I am addicted to soda,
I love this site,
And, the obvious, I love girls. ^^
I don't mind lightning, but I hate thunder.
Oh, and every rp character I make, whether they be for wetting Rps, or whatnot. ^^
I love to see the moon when it gets darker in summer. It looks very beautiful.
i love the rain
i love the internet and almost everything about it. (theres a few things i hate, mostly stuff to do with the chan that shall not be mentioned)
i love animegirldesp.org
i love fresh baked goods
i love my 360
i love pretty much the entire world (except for the more stupid people we have the curse of having to deal with)
i love all you guys
I love my girlfriend.
I love anime and manga.
I love the internet.
And I'm starting to love this site.
I love fighting. I wished my life would be dedicated to fighting evil villains, saving the world and piloting giant kickass robots! I don't mind dying gracefully in a battlefield.
Oh, and I also love girls...
Protip: War is hell. You can never die gracefully on a battlefield. You can die honorably, if you put stock in such a thing, but never, ever gracefully.
As for saving the world and fighting villains, learn to kick ass, buy a mask, some armor, and the like, and go clean up the ghetto. Seriously, I mean it.
What do I love? Hmm... I know! The almighty Internet! Who wouldn't?
I love God. And through him, I love everything else. (Love by association)
I also love my family, my friends, my life, and all of you guys! It's really great here, and I love it!
So let's all make like the Beatles and sing! "All you need is love!"
I love to play Doom 3, specially when I play it around 1:00am. It's really scary!
I love electronics engineering. But it's really difficult, because it needs a lot of physics and math.
I love chocolate, candies and all kinds of sweet stuff.
I love peach-flavored iced tea. I could drink 1L each day.
I love anime. Some good animes i've seen: Hellsing (OVAs), Bleach, FLCL.
I love female desperation and loli.
I love japanese girls.
I love facebook, where I'm playing a game called FarmVille.
I love Gackt, who is a Japanese Jrock singer. (I'm not gay, but I love him).
I love when I have nothing to do.
I love to play violin.
I love my life.
I love AnimeGirlDesp.org
What are you, a huge fucking asshole? LUCKY MOTHERFUCKING STAR? In my thread?
I do NOT love you.
I love porn, masturbation, butch girls, and rock 'n roll.
I love vidya games and comic books and nerdy stuff like that.
I love cartoons and fun action movies and things that make me laugh.
Most of all, I love TaintedLove.

Gackt is amazing. I love him too.
I love the following (in addition to anything I may or may not have stated before):
The idea that people can get along.
The idea that my own personal future can be a crapload better than my present (which, sadly, hardly ever seems to be the case. :S )
And the idea that one day, somehow, somewhere... I can go to that faraway place where I am not as stupid as I look and where I am actually able to do something other than foul up one thing or another. Damn my impatience. Damn it all to hell.

Of course they won't be achieved. They are abstract concepts that depend greatly on one's point of view. :death:

no offense star, but those seem to be imaginary concepts that will never be achived.
(except your future, but you said that doesn't seem to happen, so...)
Just like true Marxist Communism! It may be an incredible idea in theory and on paper, but when put into practice, it just doesn't work. It goes against human nature. :/
I love my 5.1 sound system, It's loud enough to make people go "TURN THAT DOWN!" but not so much that it'll blow out any windows. I also love getting home from work, firing up the PS3 and playing until 1 am, and of course then there's my post-gaming porn checkup. There's seemed to be a bit of a dry spell last month of so, but it looks like it's clearing up now.
