I have a spandex fetish (which is inferior to my pantyhose fetish) and that obviously includes leggings. Striped, though, I've never seen that anywhere. I rarely even see striped tights.

They just accentuate a girl's legs in the cutest of ways. While I can't say it ultimately turns me on, in combination of a skirt, the proper top, a good haircut, and a good body in general, I could see it help the "overall" of it quite well.
