OK so I am a Guy and I hang out w/ my friends gfs a lot and know they have to pee and they say it so every buddy knows and I get hard and I feel  bad that I do does this make me a bad person.

I think in the end it depends on the personality of the girl you're talking to. Some girls will be flattered if you erect when they have to pee. Some girls will get mad, some will be creeped out, and some won't even care.
