How bothered are you by noise?

I'm greatly bothered. It's probably my biggest pet peeve.

Very highly bothered by noise; I'm extremely sensitive to most sounds - I can't even sleep if it's raining outside.  :|

I'm pretty impervious to most sounds.  I mean, I fell asleep at a rock concert, so I can say for a fact that I sleep pretty heavy.  (It may also have something to do with the fact that I have been in concert bands my entire life, so I'm used to being surrounded by noise.) 

Oddly enough, I can't stand the sound of people talking in mass numbers.  If I'm in a place where at least 30 to 50 people are all talking at once, I start to freak out...especially if they're laughing.  (I was the kid in the corner who got laughed at a lot in kindergarten.)

This really depends on the context of the noise...noise when I'm trying to work, or from someone who has just told me to be quiet? I'll be annoyed by it...

Noise from other people's music? Depends if they have good taste

Noise I'm making? Deal with it, world

I´m not very sensitive to noise, at least not in my daily life; however, I do put something in my ears for sleeping in peaceful silence.

I am more taken aback by subtle noises. If I hear slight movement in a supposedly vacant/empty area I'd be on full alert, but also paranoid because I can't tell if the noise is harmless or not.

Some noises are just fine. I find it easier to fall asleep with rain or a fan in the background. On the other hand, some noises I find so annoying that I will actively search for the source to end it. Such noises include but are not limited to: People breathing with their mouth loudly, loud chewing, things that squeak...umm...I can't seem to remember any more specific examples, it's more spur of the moment.

i like a bit of noise ^^ i get pretty easy scared when its to quiet oO i even like it when it rains really hard and the rain hits my window with pretty lound sounds, than i sleep even better than normal :D

My ears are pretty sensitive, so most noise annoys me.  What is especially annoying is when I am going to see a band play and people are talking.  However, I always carry my Ipod, so when I'm not at a concert I can create instant peace in noisy situations.
