Ekidake is good, I didn't realize it was never mentioned here before

Omo:Cam is good too, a bit fiddlier to work with for a few reasons like being more complicated and harder to translation hook

But they're both recommended

I played the trial but I'm hesitant to buy it as I feel it's overpriced for what the content there appears to be in it. Are the scenes pre-determined or is there an element of choice in later parts? I know about the pee gauge (filling it leads to omorashi and a game over) but it's only for the dungeons.

So I just stumbled across something interesting. There are a few old rpgmaker 2000 games by a creator that goes by the name of ミルクちゃん, or milk-chan.

The two that I've found can be downloaded here but they lack an executable so you'd have to copy into the directory the RPG_RT.exe file from another game like state of shoot or O magic in order to play them. They're linear omorashi themed adventure games not unlike a vn and are only in Japanese, but since I don't think they've been posted yet figured it's worth sharing if only for archival purposes.
