THere's alot of games on BigFishGames that have desperation. Halftime Hustle and Megaplix is some notable ones. The customers will eventually have to be directed to the restroom. If you don't do it, they'll eventually get desperate and leave.

In Schoolhouse shuffle, the kids at the school have to make restroom breaks. If you do nothing, they will start to do a pee dance before wetting themselves.

There not the best, but there something more to contribute. BigFishGames you have to pay for so be sure to find torrents for them.

For Nyo-time, I'm trying to run the game using AGTH and Atlas, but AGTH isn't getting the text correctly in any of the hooks. Thanks a bunch, that's exactly what I needed. Is there a way to work out for myself what the hook should be, if AGTH doesn't generate it automatically?

Also, are the supposed to be different endings for that game? I can only find one (gum on desk, no drink) but it looks like there are supposed to be more. Currently have the 2.1 version.

IIRC there are three relevant binary choices: gum, coffee, and which bathroom, but not all eight resulting combinations give a distinct "ending". You seem to have found the gum. To get the coffee (コーヒー in the inventory) you have to return the bag before going to school and select the second option to let Nanako have the reward money, then when Nanako gets to school buy a drink from the vending machine and agree to trade it with the person standing nearby (I don't remember which drink you're supposed to pick, or whether it matters). Obviously, drink it before going to class. After class, you can either go to the first floor girls' room or exit the building and go east to the forest (there's a "keep out" sign on it).

In addition, to get the true ending, you have to put the gum on the desk and Nanako has to drink the coffee (IIRC it doesn't matter whether you get in line in the bathroom or go to the forest), and you must have found all seven of the TV sets as the protagonist before going to class. The last one is on both sides of your classroom on the third floor, so if it's not there keep looking. If you got all of them, talk to the stone lanterns in the long hallway to light them and unlock the sequence that explains what's really going on.

In the game Bloody Good time, you have a bathroom meter. If it hits zero, your character starts doing a pee dance.
The problems are there is no wetting, and your always in a 1st person mode...therefore to watch this for your viewing pleasure, you need to have 2 PCs and have a friend let you watch from his screen. Therefore its better to tail someone in the game and wait for their toilet meter to hit 0.

Contrary to the Steam game, "The Ship" where you can actually watch the desperation and even wetting.
